We currently have an opening for a Director of Finance supporting our Services and Solutions Organization (SSO).

This is a high-level Finance leadership position with responsibility for driving business results, strategic planning & analysis, organizational development, reporting, and business partnering with Tektronix Leadership Team Members. This position will gain great insight into SSO operations and gain great visibility to senior leadership across Tektronix.

This role is key leadership position within the Tektronix CFO Organization and will provide leadership in analyzing, proposing, and implementation of process improvements, strategic initiatives and business direction, including potential future acquisitions. This Director position is highly integrated into the operations team they support and are expected to provide outstanding CFO-level services to the SSO Leadership team.


Leadership: Responsible for all financial leadership of the Service Solutions Organizations (SSO) P&L in close partnership with the VP/GM of the SSO.
Strategic Planning: Lead and execute the strategic financial direction for SSO.
Operational: $200M P&L responsibility for organization with 1,200 associates and 60 labs in 12 countries.
Provide strong business partnering with GM of SSO.
Maintain a strong controls and compliance environment.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Coordinate financial reporting for Tek Service, Fluke Service, Keithley Service, and Multi-vendor Service (MVS) organizations within SSO.
Drive financial performance in a metric oriented organization.
Actively participate in M&A activities, including identifying attractive targets, due diligence, and integration.
Develop strategies in concert with SSO leaders to drive market share growth.
Plan, direct, and execute measurable global actions to drive demand generation necessary for achieving growth goals.
Drive employee engagement and continuous improvements.

Collaboration: Must work across organizational boundaries to develop a cohesive strategy and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional plans within Tektronix and Fluke.
Continuous Improvement: Implement a culture of continuous improvement (FBS), develop and implement processes improvements to drive efficiency and performance enablement for the finance team.
Talent: Develop an organization that delivers on short and long-term results while building the organization of the future.


Reports to Tektronix Chief Financial Officer
Direct Reports: Direct staff of two Finance Managers with and extended staff of EMEA, Japan and APAC regional managers.
Key internal relationships: Tektronix and SSO Leadership Team


The position is of a global nature and may require travel to EMEA and Asia, as needed. In addition, there will be some domestic travel required for leadership meetings and potential M&A activity.


Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics required.
MBA or Masters degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
Minimum of 8 years in financial leadership positions with increasing responsibility.
