Senior Business Operations Lead

Job Description


Reporting to the Senior Director of GS Regional Operations and supporting the Regional GS leader, your main deliverables as the Business Operations Leader will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Drives financial and operational performance, predictability and growth

  • Fiscal Year planning, alignment and management of key metrics working closely with the Business Leaders, Global Operations and Finance teams to ensure the business achieves its business targets.

  • Works with the Business Leaders and a wide range of stakeholders to ensure pipeline and backlog accuracy as well as alignment against the P&L.

  • Oversees and owns forecast process working closely with Finance, Global Operations, Sales and the Business Leads to build and update plans monthly.

  • Design, build, run organizational processes to help run the business smoothly and efficiently, collaborating with Global Ops team to achieve high quality of data processing and enablement of operational data accessibility, analysis and decision-making tools to the different business functions

  • Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgement

  • Negotiates with, and influences opinions and senior level decision-making, internally and externally.

Ensures the portfolio of contracts are being managed & delivered to plan with revenue and cost leakage optimized.

Role requirements:-

  • B.A. or equivalent

  • 8 years experience as a Business Operations Manager, Professional Services experience a plus

  • Experience in a global company a definite advantage

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, interpersonal skills, business skills, process improvement skills, etc.

  • Strong presentation and verbal skills

  • Track record of performance excellence, meeting target and objectives

  • Strong analytical and financial skills (Revenue, Pricing, Costs, budget planning) is a must

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize based on the organization targets

  • Ability to works independently with minimal guidance

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Team player, quick learner

Willingness & ability to travel as and when required
