Develop Strategic and Key Account to Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Revenue Growth. Ability to forge partnerships & strategic alliances for long term association contributing in sustained growth & revenues for the company. Create cross- functional collaboration with Delivery managers, Project managers & Business analysts & Technical architects. Work with peer groups and reach out for getting assistance wherever required. Track industry trends, competition activities, and best practices.
