Job Description SummaryIn this role, the MR Growth Leader is responsible for firming up, implementing and executing MR business strategy for both equipment & service to drive value creation & profitable growth through collaboration with global modality & product leaders, Zone Business GMs and CEOs, also, in alignment with Intercontinental Lifecycle Growth Leader and Zone Service leaders. Partnering with Zone Leaders to deliver Orders, Sales, CM & Market Share. Is the point person for MR strategy and value creation voice to Global Modality teams to reflect market needs and get their support to win business through building specialization that leads to greater value based selling.GE Healthcare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities/essential functions include (but not limited to):Define & drive sales enablement strategies using product management as the primary leverDeveloping expertise and product depth in regionsProvide leadership and direction to the Product teams enabling them to support the sales teams including Channel Partners across the regionDemonstrate the ability to generate new business opportunities that leverage GEHC in the marketplace, including partnerships & solutionsDefining and developing market segmentation strategies and devising appropriate product positioning plansEvaluate and launch NPIs in a timely manner to the market to capitalize on market demand ahead of competitionBe a conduit to the Global Product Marketing teams, through the region product marketers and share region-specific inputs to help bring out products that are customized for the region's needsSupport key commercial initiatives at all timesIn partnership with Zone Leaders, manage SBU escalations for competitive pricing for big modality deals, monitor pricing process and drive local empowerment for pricing across the regionHave a strategy for increasing channel contributions to Revenue and work towards increasing expertise of channel partnersDrive and implement focused & prioritize business initiatives to trigger Growth by making strategic trade-offs where requiredRepresent One GE Healthcare in multi-modality deals, large projects & cross-P&L business eventsIn conjunction with country sales teams, create a trusting environment that values teamwork to the overall benefit of customer satisfactionWork towards improving customer satisfaction in all segments while devising & implementing objective ways to measure Customer Satisfaction (E.g. through Surveys, Interview etc.)Develop long term relationship with customers provide leadership in showcasing newer technologies to customers and creating a 'pull' from the marketContinuously develop deep clinical and technical knowledge for modalities including awareness of current and future trends in healthcare technology and healthcare funding mechanismsIn partnership with the Zone GMs and CEOs, develop and allocate necessary Sales & Segment resources and provide clinical & technical support to win deals acrossDrive employee engagement activities to ensure retention across the Region, recognizing success, sharing best practices, providing exposure to people within the team with senior leaders within the region, products and modalitiesAct as a role model for collaborative mindset across P&L/functions.Owns account teams' product/service/solution strategy and offerings educationFacilitate effective communication & collaboration within the Zone/Product matrix organization. Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts and or One GEHC accountsQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's / advanced degree in engineering / management / related field 12+ years' experience in Business Management, Product Marketing/Development OR equivalent years of experience progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market Minimum of 10+ years in healthcare industryDemonstrated business management, and resource allocation skills including business plan developmentDeep knowledge of relevant GE Healthcare products and services offeredProven ability to work with Global teams to bring out region-specific outcomesExemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skillsStrong business acumen financial and organisational skillsAdvanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skillsHigh level presentation and interpersonal skills able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organizationAbility to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer-first attitudeDemonstrated ability to influence and work with C-level executives of established large clients in Healthcare IndustryStrongly compliance drivenDemonstrated ability in managing the matrix structure and building effective networksDemonstrated ability to drive & execute rigorous operating mechanisms in GE environmentEstablish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic regionDesired CharacteristicsMaster's degree preferredDemonstrated mastery in a minimum of 3 critical growth trait competencies viz.
