Description




He/She will be part of the HR and work with the Facility HR Lead to define & execute the HR deliverables.
Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in for building a robust People charter and scale up the organization as per business requirements.
Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale, and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
Good in handling IR Issues, compliance etc. on a day to day basis ensure closure of employee s issues, maintain employee relations across assets.
Managing the entire Employees life cycle- hire to retire.
Accountable for managing the mid-level recruitment function for FCMH operations from search, selection, assessment and on boarding activities.
Develop effective stakeholder management across to ensure seamless execution & business partnering
Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information. Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment
Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects, and ensure timely completion.
Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders within the HR organization.
Passion to lead a successful and challenging work environment

Provide HR support related to HR system and supports stakeholders in HR decision and roadmap Drive adherence to HR process, metric and plan Implement.
