Description

  • He/She will be part of the HR and work with the Facility HR Lead to define & execute the HR deliverables.
  • Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in for building a robust People charter and scale up the organization as per business requirements.
  • Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale, and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
  • Good in handling IR Issues, compliance etc. on a day to day basis ensure closure of employee s issues, maintain employee relations across assets.
  • Managing the entire Employees life cycle- hire to retire.
  • Accountable for managing the mid-level recruitment function for FCMH operations from search, selection, assessment and on boarding activities.
  • Develop effective stakeholder management across to ensure seamless execution & business partnering
  • Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
  • Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information. Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment
  • Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects, and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders within the HR organization.
  • Passion to lead a successful and challenging work environment

  • Provide HR support related to HR system and supports stakeholders in HR decision and roadmap Drive adherence to HR process, metric and plan Implement.
