Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in the capacity of a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate should possess patience, persistence, and passion, helping us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets for a new SaaS product that enables out-of-home market planning, measurement, and ROI. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans through appropriate business strategies. The job will include taking care of sales network development & maintenance, and expanding existing accounts. This is an individual contributor role.Desired Candidate ProfileExperience: 3-4 years of sales experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsLocation: MumbaiCompensation: As per industry standardsEducation: Graduate. Engineering / Masters degree in business/related field will be an advantageIndustry: Advertising / Media / EntertainmentExcellent written & verbal communication. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferencesProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, with a strong business sense and industry expertiseJob DescriptionIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusCalling on prospective customers, providing technical expertise and product information and/or demonstrations, and quoting appropriate customer prices.Creating a methodical, data-driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline, and closing enterprise-level deals for Outdoor Media, Retail, etc. clientsDrive sales, aggressively expand the customer base, generate new revenue. Achieve growth and hit sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businessesContact potential prospects from own research (as required) to build a robust sales pipelineLead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposalsDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presenceBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
