Roles and Responsibilities Customer support on social media Most of our customer service agents take questions submitted as tickets on help.zebpay.com. You will help anyone who posts about their support issues on social media. Youll reassure them, check on their status, and help get the issue resolved. By showing empathy and restoring their confidence in the company , you will be both support agent and brand ambassador. Protecting members and the public from fraud and scams You will work with our security team to spot fake accounts and take them down, warn our followers about scams, and educate them on how to stay safe from phishing attacks. There will be some detective work and youll need to use and improve your online research skills Participating and leading discussions on various platforms as Company's representative We have active discussion groups on Telegram and Facebook and a growing presence on Reddit and other channels. You will get to know our followers and become a trusted and friendly source of help and encouragement. If you are already knowledgeable about crypto, great. If not, you must learn quickly and with enthusiasm Creating fun, educational, share-worthy experiences If you absolutely love creating events, games, contests, giveaways, and other exciting experiences for people, this position might be for you. You should look not only at what other companies in crypto and finance are doing, but also bring in ideas from fashion, food, music, entertainment, and tech. Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in being a Community Manager with a minimum of 1-2 years of trading in the crypto or tech domain Youre a proactive & creative Problem Solver.
