Roles & Responsibilities - Your will be :
- We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our marketing team! If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional we would love to meet you!. We are expecting you to be experienced in community building, promotional events, and relationship management.
- Eventually, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand while efficiently managing the community communications.
Profile Summary :
- Contributing to the development of the brand's online marketing and outreach strategies
- Building a loyal consumer community for the brand
- Monitor community sentiment and feedback gathered via online reviews
- Building relationships with the community by organizing campaigns and regular programs to keep them engaged and attached to the brand
- Plan online/offline events and activations to build a stronger community
- Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, influencers, and journalists
- Monitoring competitors- community activities to measure their impact and influence
- Set and implement campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Increasing community presence on social media platforms
- Researching and analyzing the target audience, as well as its habits and preferences
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Monitoring key online conversations and events to ensure the company's effective participation and representation
- Monitoring the success of campaigns and analyzing community data
Your Must :
- A people's person
- Proven work experience as a community manager
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to interpret online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving attitude
