Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role: As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain DevOps continuous delivery pipelines to manage from code build to deployment and cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as code practices to meet business needs. Act as the DevOps SME: Have a good understanding of modern DevOps development tools and practices involved with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Testing/Security and Continuous Monitoring/Observability Implement CI/CD: Ability to orchestrate automation tools, CI/CD servers and systems using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Docker Kubernetes and Terraform. Value Stream Management – work with the DevOps Lead and application SMEs to identify the current state of DevOps, assist in mapping the future state and use lean metrics to measure the progress. DevOps in AWS: Experience in AWS DevOps specific services (CodeBuilt, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, ECS, EKS, able to set up CI/CD pipeline on AWS Be a Team Player – work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, respect diverse ideas, interact with customer, partner with cross functional and remote teams. Be Curious & Innovative – continuously update yourself with next generation technology, development tools, and contribute to process development practices. Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating capabilities within the company's products. Be Agile – with strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelinesYou are fit for the role of a Senior DevOps Engineer if you have:Basic qualifications:6+ years of relevant work experience in DevOpsShould have hands on and good understanding of DevOps tools and automation frameworksDemonstrated hands-on experience with DevOps techniques building continuous integration and continuous delivery solutions using Jenkins, Docker, GitHub, GitHub Actions, TerraformExperience in configuration management tool such as Ansible, Chef, PuppetExperienced with n-tier web application developmentExperience in CI/CD implementation for SaaS products like Salesforce, SAP, AEM, BoomiExperience with Kubernetes and other container management solutionsWorking experience in cloud computing preferably AWS, knowledge of various AWS services for CI/CD implementation.Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk or any other monitoring tools/processesExperience working in Agile environmentsAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills and ability to follow through to completionDo you want to be part of a team helping re-invent the way knowledge professionals work?
