TraceX Technologies is an Agri & Climate Tech start-up based out of Bengaluru and Hyderabad. On a mission to build Climate Resilient, Connected Food and Agri Supply Chains, TraceX’ s technology platform leverages the power of Blockchain to ensure end to end traceability of food across supply chain and extends itself to provide digital measurement, reporting and verification (DMRV) capability to realize high quality verifiable carbon credits for accelerating climate action and sustainability goals.
The platform connects multiple participants across the supply chain and help them securely exchange verifiable and auditable data leading to mutual trust, accountability and transparency amongst the participating actors. The overall solution consists of a farm management system (multilingual offline enabled mobile app), a web application for post-harvest management & supply chain collaboration, and traceability on the blockchain. It also caters to various value chains including Coffee, Tea, Spices, Paddy, Seeds, Fruits & Vegetables, and many more. It can be scaled from an individual farmer, small co-operatives, farmer producer companies to large agribusiness corporations, and government agencies.
TraceX is incubated and accelerated by India’s leading start-up accelerators such as T-Block accelerator, Social Alpha, UK India Tech Hub’s GoGlobal and Indigram Labs foundation. Founded by two Software professionals turned agri-entrepreneurs, TraceX is on a mission to revolutionize the agri-supply chain by leveraging technology.

Why will you enjoy working with TraceX?
We are looking for an energetic and seasoned 'Project Manager' to join our 'Consulting Services' team and guide TraceX's customers through their unique onboarding journey. As part of the journey, you will oversee and implement some of the most interesting use cases of agri-tech, traceability / provenance, block-chain and web 3.0
What does success look like in this role?
a.As soon as you join the team, it will be imperative for you to understand the product, its capabilities, and features. Product ramp-up will be empower you handle customer conversations confidently.
b.Within 60 days of joining, we expect you to understand some of the solutions that we have implemented for our marquee customers for their unique requirements.
c.Within 90 days, you will be owning client implementations and will be actively collaborating with the customer from kick-off to go-live.
d.Within 120 days, you will be also involved in high level scoping and effort estimation for prospective customers.
e.Progression to the higher next level will be driven by metrics like revenue delivered, net promoter score and other key metrics that are mutually decided.
What will you do on a day-today basis?
a.As part of this team, you will be responsible for implementing foodsign in customer's context.
b.You will be responsible for owning and driving the project from kick-off to go-live and successfully onboarding the customer on the product.
c.As part of this journey, you will be responsible for
- planning and closing the various project phases with the customer,
- get sign-off on the deliverables,
- communicate changes to project scope/timeline,
- identify issues,
- anticipate risks and work actively towards mitigating them.
d.Your role will also involve working with project team members to manage project schedule, tasks and quality of deliverables.
e.Driving clarity around the state of the project with effective communication will be a key requirement for this job.
f.You will also be handling multiple projects in different phases of implementation.
g.Apart from delivering projects, enhancing and strengthening project management processes will help create a culture of pro-activeness, innovation and creativity.
h.Seeking active feedback from customers will be key imperative for you to become better and scale up

Your Hiring Manager will be Kapil Arora, VP - Customer Success. He has 18 years of industry experience and encourages team to gain deeper understanding of the customer challenges and co-create solutions with them to succeed.

What about Travel?
Interacting with customers face to face is an essential part of this role and hence, we do expect certain customer interactions to be conducted in-person. Having said that, with the new normal of hybrid work culture, we don’t shy away from using modern tools of collaboration and communication with our customers.
