Presales Solution Manager- India Location

Job Summary: We are looking for “Presales Solution Consultant” at a Manager level. The individual needs to have good communication and is required to front end and provide Presales support for different domain. The individual will be responsible to support Sales Team with proactive proposals & RFP responses, solution design & articulation, pricing, demand generation, account intelligence and such other presales activities. Ideal candidate would be responsible for the full lifecycle of opportunity from identification, shaping, proposing and helping the sales team in closing deals. The position requires an individual who can work autonomously in a highly demanding environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to extensively collaborate, communicate and work on time bound activities. Role & Responsibilities: Role Demands: Excellent communication and language skills, inter-personal, collaborative and team player skills. Primarily self-driven and deeply motivated and passionate to bring in new business in Consumer DOP. Find ways to make complicated tasks easy and innovate to bring in efficiencies in workflows and processes. Ability to visualize and articulate solutions in a manner that makes sense to target audience and customers and helps us win deals. Key Activities:Respond to RFP/RFI’s/RFQs, Managing a proposal cycleBid management solution design and deal conversionCreate stellar presentations – Proactive pitches, capability decks, case studiesSecondary research on industry trends, competition and clientsResponsible in building proactive pipelineManage and communicate internal and external stakeholdersExcellent planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with multiple demands on time and deal with ambiguity Role DemandsResult oriented, ability to organized and prioritize with strong communication & interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate and draft responses to RFP and RFP questionsExcellent visualization skills and ability to transform ideas to a PresentationDrive professional presentation style across the documentsSimilar area of work experience will be preferredExperience and skill set required: Graduate
