Key Skills
§ Should have good hands-on knowledge on Installation and implementation of Data Dog.
§ Should have hands on
Alert suppression using configuration /querying /scripting in DataDog
Anomaly definition & detection using DataDog
Integration between DataDog, and messaging apps and notification tools like Splunk, ServiceNow chat, PagerDuty etc.
Integration between DataDog and ITSM platform like ServiceNow, BMC Helix, BMC Helix Remedyforce etc.
§ Should be able to gather the requirements from the customer, understand the requirements and work on design, coding and testing.
§ Performed POCs for showcasing Data Dog capabilities.
§ Ability to create custom dashboards from Data Dog tool based on customer requirements
§ Ability to deliver client PoC/PoV demonstrating tool benefit and capabilities
§ Good to have Data Dog Certification
§ Good to have skills: Python scripting, Dockers, Kubernetes, DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
