We are looking for an Associate content Editor / Content Editor to join our
PharmaBio
team in Chennai / Hyderabad/ Bangalore. The internal pool is strong in Biotechnology / Biochemistry/ Pharma / Microbiology domain, and we would love to speak with you if you have expertise or knowledge in the following areas.
About You
.0-2 years of experience in Biotechnology or Pharma Domain - Not related to Research & Development
.Good communication skills - Oral/written
.M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Biochemistry, M.Sc Microbiology, M.Sc. Molecular Biology.
. Knowledge in
Recombinant technology
/ Genetic engineering/ Fermentation/ Enzyme nomenclature/ Identification of biological macromolecules (proteins, receptors, antibodies etc.) / Detection techniques of biological macromolecules/ Vaccine and its application/ Hybrid Plants/ Patent Analysis and Internet research.
It would be great if you also have . . .
.Elementary proficiency in one or more foreign languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, etc)
.Experience in Patent analysis, knowledge about different kinds of proteins, biological drugs for human and veterinary use.
.Content writing skills


.Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What will you be doing in this role
.
Coding and Indexing Chemical compounds present in patents
in line with Derwent Innovation Product policies and conventions
.Achieving target volume deliverables with high efficiency and quality
.Recording of performance against target
.Play an active role in team and maintain awareness of current trends and new developments in Pharma / Biotechnology areas
.Upskilling in Pharma / Biotechnology / Intellectual Property, Data Analysis, and other technical skills
About the team
The
PharmaBio
team, based out of Chennai / Hyderabad/ Bangalore has a team of 8 members and includes 0-12 years of experience. The team has a diverse group of working professionals in different grades - Associate Content Editor and Content Editor.
We work on
Derwent Innovation,
a product subscribed all over the world by leading R&D labs, Universities, Educational institutions, Leading Pharma Companies, etc. The team reports to Content Managers in India/London.
Hours of Work
General Shift - 9 am to 6 pm IST. But you are free to work in flexible timings during the day accounting for 8 hours in a day (40 hours / week).
We follow a hybrid work model - Work from home and work from office, that can be practiced interchangeably
