About Division:
HR Solutions (India) is an integral part of the Firm’s Human Resources division providing fundamental operational support across all areas of HR on a global basis.
The main objective for this function is to play a lead role in driving thoughtful process and automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce the cost of operations and mitigate operational risk across the Talent domain globally. The scope of these solutions includes continuous improvement and/or troubleshooting for processes already in place as well as designing new processes. This function is also responsible for business as usual activities and also to support Firms Performance and Learning Management system and downstream applications.
Responsibilities:
Experience working within international mobility, international compliance, relocation, transfers, Expatriate, Tax etc preferably in a global environment.
Deep understanding of Mobility operations with hands on experience in operational processes incl. creation of cash flow and tax flow statement
1-6 years of experience in delivering high quality international assignment with international HR within multinational organizations related to mobility field would be an advantage.
Accountable for overall service delivery and provide oversight of day to day operations (Ticket Management, Regulatory and Compliance, Process Improvement, Metrics, and Infrastructure as per the Business priority).
Responsible for process delivery and ensure that the processes are delivered as per the agreed SLA and KPI's. Manages expectations around deadlines and ensures team members understand the priority of tasks.
Solid understanding of the project management lifecycle and the ability to manage work plans for individual projects and/or execute individual tasks within the work plan on time (responsibility depends on job level)
Ability to take ownership pf the processes including continuous improvement
Maintain vendor relationship (if required) to ensure smooth mobility experience
Communication/client relationship skills: Ability to build trusting relationships and interact/negotiate with various parties to translate stakeholder requirements into commercial solutions. The ability to articulate technical speak to functional stakeholders is key.
Manage our team of Internal Movement Specialists who are responsible for delivering processes across our Internal Movement and Global Mobility programs and ensuring exceptional employee experience.
Monitor key performance metric scores and implement changes to continually increase performance against service level agreements (SLAs), quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage and drive cross functional, regional and global projects (focused on enabling the scaling and global alignment of our Peoples Specialist team, optimization of HR processes, process improvements, enhancing metrics/dashboards, automation and digitizing experiences)
Conduct team planning ensuring ruthless prioritization of initiatives and building a clear plan for the team, ensuring alignment with key global, regional and team priorities.
Seek out opportunities to automate and enhance our operations to be more efficient, while keeping employee and agent experience as the utmost priority.
Risk and Control: Oversees the management of processes to identify and control risk, resolving or escalating risk as appropriate including proactively putting in adequate controls to mitigate risk. Promotes awareness of risk management culture and best practice within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 10+years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of Workday, Business Objects, HR Onboarding applications, Taleo (or other Applicant Tracking Systems), HR Reporting and data analysis a plus.
Must be a team player who enjoys high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in expatriate and international relocation management.
Strong program and project management, change management, process continuous improvement and facilitation skills.
Thorough self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize work on multiple complex projects in a high-volume environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (including strong presentation skills).
Highly proficient in MS Office (especially in excel, word and power point).
Strong training, and mentoring skills, Strong organizational skill, and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
