Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Digital Marketing & Social Media teams develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns, as well as digital properties to deliver a superior user experience, driving revenue potential and brand relevance by working with TE s business unit marketing teams to curate and create content that helps build TE s social media channels and across TE s digital marketing teams for best practice sharing and new function deployments. They design and maintain relevant portions of, external data activities and potential partner sites; monitor, evaluate and integrate digital programs to maintain the best user experience on for business units. They manage digital campaigns to align with the efforts of integrated marketing campaigns and strategies and drive content integration strategies and optimization and manage TE s social media authoring/monitoring platform. The teams are also responsible for online database management including email communication plan, database selection, expansion and maintenance. Team members have experience with content publishing, CRM, various tools and content management suites (i.e. Adobe), sales and marketing automation systems (Eloqua,, Microsoft Office and Adobe marketing tools; as well as experience with brand reputation management, and/or brand protection.

Role Objective:

The Digital Production Specialist will implement content and production processes for TE s web content (internal and external) to ensure world-class quality, brand and business unit alignment. The Digital Production Specialist will support content authors across multiple business units in creating high-quality digital content on and other internal platforms. Excellent communication skills, a tactful diplomatic approach, creative problem-solving skills, and an ability to understand and respond to customer needs in a changing business environment are required.


Own all tactical activity in the AEM content authoring system in support of business unit campaign and product marketing activity including co-ordination with other intergrated marketing activity. Develop and collect input briefs from client business units to create, manage, activate and report on content performance to maximize client value and contribute to overall success criteria; implement reviews and make process improvements Collaborate with relevant sub-vertical Marketing, Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand their unique goals, objectives and challenges Create content for digital channels (.com, Intranet, mobile) to maximize client value and contribute to overall success criteria; implement reviews and make process improvements Collaborate with relevant sub-vertical colleagues to develop and create digital content and assets for deployment on and other platforms Provide guidance that s in-line with TE s governance model, digital best practices and brand alignment. Collaborate closely with relevant outside partners and sub-vertical colleagues to adapt content for digital delivery Contribute to global SEO practice, standards, and execution Balance multiple concurrent assignments with shifting priorities across a shared resource pool in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Provide, review and analyze data related to digital performance, web analytics and page performance; present results to illustrate insights and enable decision-making

Required Experience:

3+ years as a digital production specialist/content manager (or similar role) Experience with AEM desired, but not required Basic HTML skills not required but desirable Thorough understanding of content management principles for highly interactive and rich applications Ability to influence internal business partners with whom no direct reporting relationship exists Experience with, Eloqua, Scene 7, Endeca and other digital marketing tools a plus Experience with SEO a plus Excellent relationship management, presentation and communications skills that establish trust, credibility and respect Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) a must
