The core services within GHR include – Staffing, Learning & Leadership Development, Shared Services, Compensation & Benefits & Employee Relations (ER).Job DescriptionIndividual will be part of Comp & Benefits function within the HR team. Incumbent will be involved in managing a wide gamut of activities in the C&B area including management, design and delivery of benefits programs for the company’s workforceResponsibilitiesEvaluate, design and upgrade benefits program based on functional and business needsManage end to end process of insurance renewals, servicing & wellness liasoning with Insurance companyLead and supervise health & welfare, work/life and retirement programs for the BankManage & supervise day care & car lease programStatutory compliances, ensuring timely return filing for PF, ESICStatutory compliance management of regulatory benefit plans with payroll team, vendor partner and legal teamProvide SME guidance to senior leadership team on benefits portfolioLiasioning with regulatory bodies and industry bodies for staying up to date on changes in local benefits landscapeOversee and manage the actuarial evaluation of defined benefit plansAdherence and implementation of amendments to labour lawsVendor management & compliancesSupport and provide directions to benefit analystRequirementsFoundational skills:Candidates must have excellent communication, navigation, consulting abilities.Should have strong HR experience of at least 10-12 yearsExperience in medium/large reputed organization in Financial services/technology space would be preferredProven analytical and data management skillUnderstanding of Indian employment, applicable laws and regulations wrt. to compensation/wages & BenefitsExposure in handling Statutory/Non-Statutory benefits in Mid to Large organizationsExperience of benefit design & ImplementationExperience of managing Vendors & organization's benefits compliancesIntermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDesired SkillsCertifications in Compensation, rewards etc. would be an added advantage.Exposure to working with international stakeholders/partners, internal business and HR partnersProven experience of providing thought leadership to overcome challenges and lead without direct authority.Gravity to interact at all levels of management to support resolution of complex business issues and good understanding of risk & complianceEducation: Post- Graduate in HRExperience: Should have strong HR experience of at least 10-12 yearsLocation: Mumbai / GurugramShift Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
