Job Description The Senior Manager, Sales Training is a critical role in Quotient Technologys go-to-market organization, and is responsible for developing learning programs to grow the product and skills knowledge and competencies of our sales organization. We are seeking someone creative, energetic and organized to join our dynamic team and work closely with sales leadership to directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team through onboarding and continued learning. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and will thrive on having demonstrable impact on a lively and growing team operating in an exciting space! Responsibilities Work closely with sales and broader cross-functional leadership to establish learning and development needs for the sales organization Lead the development of the ongoing sales training curriculum, directing the development of content to ensure an engaging experience across all areas of learning Manage and host the recurring new hire onboarding program, ensuring that employees and hiring managers are informed of expectations and complete requirements according to the onboarding calendar Work with the Director, Sales Enablement to establish KPIs for training initiatives, and identify effective mechanisms for ongoing measurement of progress and success Work with product marketing team to establish and fulfil training needs for product updates and launches, and assist in the production and hosting of live training forums Manage thoughtful communication of training updates with leadership team, including advanced briefing of managers on upcoming training initiatives Requirements 7-10 years progressive experience in training or education roles Must have a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and be able to get things done with a roll up your sleeves approach. A passion for learning and development Highly collaborative, with a solid understanding of broader business functions and motivations. Familiar with key learning and enablement technologies such as HighSpot and Gong. Goal oriented, with a focus on how to achieve maximum impact against priorities. Strong project management and communication skills. Energetic, enthusiastic, with an appetite to grow.
