Hiring for Software Technical Support (Software Specialist) role.

Position Overview:

• Fluency in English Communication
• Willing to Work in Night Shifts (Pick & Drop facility for all employees within Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
• Fresher's can also apply (BE/B.Tech-IT/CS, BSC-IT, BE-EXTC, BCA, MCA, MSC-IT, ME/M.Tech- IT/CS)
• Prior technical support experience shall be an advantage

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

• Find technical solutions on issues or queries related to unknown or new scenarios
• Meet set SLAs
• Manage relationships with clients
• Work with cross-functional teams as and when required
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field (such as BE, BTech, ME, MTech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, MSc IT, Diploma)
• Proficient with relational databases (SQL Queries)
• Excellent knowledge on basic RDBMS Concepts
• Knowledge of basic networking fundamentals
• Java would be an advantage
• Prompt, responsive, responsible and friendly approach to customer situations
