About the Role

Job location: Hyderabad
Experience : 5 years

Gainsight is looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Operations Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software and technology industry. The candidate should have worked on CRMs and should have good knowledge of the Renewal Quoting process, Deal Desk, Order Management, Deal Processing, License Management, and Data Management. Preference would be given to candidates who are knowledgeable in the following: Salesforce, CPQ (Steelbrick), and Marketing tools like Marketo, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Clari etc. The person should have the ability to manage work individually and according to different regions.

What Youll Do Here

Perform SFDC Profile/User Management for gainsight employees & Contractors.
Do the Partner Orders Management and submit partner royalties to Salesforce
Work on Churn requests as per our Churn process.
Help the Sales team with their Renewal, Upsell and Add-on Quotes.
Create & Modify both Proactive and reactive Quotes in CPQ for the Sales Team.
Review the Quotes submitted for approval by Sales Reps in CPQ and Provide Deal Desk Approval as and when required.
Process Closed Won Deals in our Salesforce CRM submitted by Sales and perform a Quality check on the Salesforce Opportunities.
Maintain Documentation for different Sales processes.
Develop operational cadences and provide process improvement ideas
Provide the best support possible to our Sales Team and view the team as our internal clients
Test new user functionality and/or end user enhancements made in Salesforce/CPQ using predefined user test cases and also iterating on cases as needed
Salesforce Data Augmentation: Data Entry: Manually update Account/Contact and Opp data in SFDC
Work with the Salesforce Administrator to mass-update SFDC data using Data Loader and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Load new Accounts into SFDC

Produce process related documents and supporting materials which may be used by resources within Gainsight or Customer organization to understand or complete configuration
Provide updates, status, and next steps through email on a regular cadence through Slack and Email
Track time, progress, goals, and deadlines
