Ridecell powers the worlds leading shared mobility fleets and is now looking for a strategic and passionate MBA marketing intern to help define strategy and execute programs to expand our mobility platform into new markets. Today, fleet companies are undergoing powerful digital transformations to rethink their business models and operational practices. Ridecell brings the only platform and solutions built specifically to automate the management and monetization of fleets for digital business transformations. Fleet automation and cloud-based vehicle access allow intelligence coming from the fleet to dictate the management of the fleet, turning fleets management systems into systems where fleets manage themselves. Ridecell powers some of the most successful fleets in cities across Europe and North America. These include services by Gig Car Share from AAA, and KINTO mobility services by Toyota Sweden. Ridecell teams are operating globally out of offices in San Francisco, Paris, Berlin, and Pune India.

This MBA Intern will be an integral part of the broader Growth Marketing team responsible for marketing operations and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and has a thorough understanding of core marketing principles. At the end of the summer, the MBA intern will report out on key implementation successes, backlog/to-dos and key barriers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
Conduct a digital audit and work collaboratively to ensure all tracking is in place, working and reporting properly.
Identify search trends and improvement opportunities.
Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to increase SEO rankings
Work with key stakeholders for ABM account mapping
Proactively learn key account media behaviors, technology, news, and strategies and present key developments and discoveries
Complete a final report on key implementation successes, backlog/To-Dos, and key barriers/impediments.

Qualifications:

BA/BS, MBA in progress
Strong understanding of core marketing principles
Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture and progress leads and opportunities, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
Solid written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation communication skills
Self-motivated team player able to work cross-functionally
