About The Job Role

This position works as an integral part of the Global HR Shared Services Team providing first-line HR operations support to all departments within HR, employees, and stakeholders. This role represents HR Shared Services on various HR projects, employee life cycle operations from Hire to Retire, and analytics reporting.

This team serves as an interface to the HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and non-HR functional departments (like IT, Facilities, Security, etc.) to appropriately and effectively resolve/escalate/facilitate the resolution of requests.

Responsibilities

Accountable for data integrity. Creates, maintains, and conducts ongoing data audits based on the needs of the business. Identifies inconsistencies or missing information and coordinates with other stakeholders to ensure data retrieval or correction.
Proactively utilizes HRIS reports and other data sources to identify data integrity issues and determines the appropriate approach to ensure employee and company structure data elements are updated correctly and in a timely manner.
In partnership with the HR operations team, communicates HR systems processes to ensure consistent data entry, reporting and other system practices.
Maintains the end-to-end reporting creation and delivery processes. Delivers routine (daily/weekly/monthly reporting) and responds to basic and intermediate ad hoc data requests.
In partnership with HR leaders and teammates, develops and implements advanced reporting, including predictive analytics, statistics, and dashboards.
Support the implementation of any global systems as a part of HR Systems roadmap delivery

Manages and oversees the implementation of changes to HR Systems, working with the vendors to achieve the desired outcome on time and on budget
Collects feedback for evaluation of functioning and usage of the current HR systems and designs or works with the vendor to design and implement improvements to meet changing demands.
Provides guidance for short-term and long-term resolution of end user queries escalated with regards to HR systems
Play the role of central source of knowledge and a known and recognized Subject Matter Expert in the HR systems

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities


8-10 years experience with HR digital ecosystem with minimum 2 to 3 years experience on designing automated workflows and systems.
Understanding of the links between data, HR requirements and business needs.
Experience in PL/SQL, BIP Reports, OTBI, OBIEE or other reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau etc
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint required along with working knowledge of data analytics software such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI etc. as well as passion for automation of processes/reporting using these tools
Experience in implementation of various HR Systems covering HR and Employee Lifecycle, Talent Management, Reward Systems etc.
Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work through constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Ability to interface with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and ability to manage future digital HR Projects.
Experience in HR Data Analytics a must
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
Subject matter expertise in the HRIS systems and new HR technologies.
Excellent Data analysis skills and the ability to translate this to systems functions and enhancements.
Ability to work effectively in situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
Be one point of contact in people analytics to provide meaningful data aligned with the needs of the stakeholders.
Providing Strategic, Analytic & Reporting support to Global Shared Services and HR team across regions.
