Description

As a Senior HR Manager, You will work closely with the leadership team and deliver solutions that influence sustainable business results and enhance the employee experience. Your responsibilities include overseeing Employee life cycle, driving culture, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. Also you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems


Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop and implement HR initiatives, policies, programs and procedures that align with Espers business strategy, culture and initiatives
Partner with leadership as a HR professional and trusted adviser serving as mentor, coach and consultant on key organizational, management and employee issues
Partner with management and teams to ensure consistent experience for employees, including onboarding, benefits, performance management, compensation and other related HR programs
Provide strategic vision for project planning and management of employee scaling, organizational effectiveness, and in country policies and practices
Research and respond to questions from employees and appropriately consulting with India and US based team members
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Design interesting onboarding sessions and processes for new recruits.
Coordinate with Payroll management for timely payroll processing
Develop and foster an environment where all employees are respected, engaged and valued


Requirements: 7 years of Human Resources experience, including talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration
A Masters degree in Human Resources or related field from tier 1 universities is preferred
Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager or relevant position.
A combination of strong business acumen, human resources and organization development expertise
Exhibits a practical hands-on approach to human resources
Proven ability to handle difficult organizational situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience working with SAAS providers and/or software development industry exposure preferred
Excellent knowledge of labor registration.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
