Job Description


We are Urgently hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Recruitment Firm.
The candidate should have around 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment with good communication skills in English, Hindi and assamese

Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the Job Specifications and primarily sourcing the candidates through various sources by Job Portals Reference, Internal Database and Head hunting
- Hands on experience in Job Portals search Naukri and Social media sites (Viz.LinkedIn and Facebook)
- Sourcing, interviewing,salary negotiations,following up till candidate joins
- Proficient in Head Hunting and generating alternate candidate pool
- Tele screening the profiles as per the client's requirement.

Stakeholder Management
- Interact with the HRManagers for . Industry HR Recruitment Administration IR Work Experience 2 - 5 Years Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
