As a Branch Manager, the key responsibilities would be:

1) Meet or exceed all business targets (Sales, manpower productivity) with a team of 10 - 12 manager of Agencys.
2) Maximize sales drive business growth by delivering initiatives promotion programs providing targeted support to the team.
3) Ensure clear targets effective performance management process by providing advice, consultancy support to the team; coaching mentoring for agency leader development; effectively manging monitoring poor sales performance non compliance taking disciplinary action when necessary.
4) Branch profitability : Achieve revenue targets of own channel. Manage cost controls against bugdet of controllable cost items.
5) Career Progressions development of Agency Managers.
6) Focussing on productivity of key advisors.
