We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.


HR Managers must educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives.


Additional responsibilities include directing and overseeing hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.


Human Resource managers may also work with the director to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must as a Human Resources professional.


For better connectivity with the employees, you must be keenly aware of healthy employee relations in the organization. All work given by team leads has to be completed on time and should be willing to work with other teams, should meet the deadlines, and should coordinate accordingly.



Requirements

 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy


- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization


- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues


- Manage the recruitment and selection process.


- Maintain the pay plan and benefits program.


- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.


- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.


- Ensure legal compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in the relevant field.


- 2 to 4 years of experience.


- Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant role.


- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.


- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.


- Familiarity with HR activities and procedures


- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.


Salary Range:


Salary will not be a Constraint for the Right Candidate and it may vary Based on Experience and Skill Set.
