To support the rapid growth of its HR Advisory business in India, Sannam S4 is seeking to appoint a Assistant Manager - HR Advisory who will be responsible for efficiently supporting the HR advisory business of the company under the leadership and guidance of the Head of HR Advisory and Manager - HR Advisory at Sannam S4.

Role
The Assistant Manager - HR Advisory will be required to capably support the Manager - HR Advisory and the Head of HR Advisory in delivering the various projects for the division’s Clients and increasing the range of HR advisory services the company currently offers.

The role will require regular and active support in managing local HR requirements of international customers of Sannam S4 operating in India and frequent engagement with their representatives in India as well globally.

Minimum required qualifications

At least a Post-Graduate in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
Basic knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliances of India and ability to interpret them.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point.

Work Experience
Should be having a minimum of 5 years of work experience, managing human resource activities for Indian and International companies.
Should be confident in communication with the Clients at all levels.
An open and an active team player, willing to provide new ideas and suggestions as well as implementing them.

Experience Range:

5 - 7 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM

Job Responsibilities:

To support Manager - HR Advisory in advising Clients on all aspects of local HR labour laws and compliances, government updates, statutory requirements, best practices of HR and also guide on matters related to HR/employee operations.
To aptly assist Manager - HR Advisory in creating various structures for global Clients starting operations in India and/or planning to entry in India.
To effectively and accurately manage the absolute employee life cycle (on-boarding to exit), administer all employment related documentation including but not limited to offer letters, employment agreement, probation, resignation/termination related documents, with high degree of quality and timeliness.
To support Manager – HR Advisory in accomplishing multiple Client related deliverables, such as salary and benefits benchmarking, audit, process development, etc.
To maintain employee files (physical version as well as e-versions) for Client’s employees, as per the requirement.
To prepare monthly attendance sheets and leave records, update LMS portal with employee leave balance and resolve all leaves and attendance related queries of employees at Client office.
To diligently conduct research, review and comparison of proposals, recommendations, and assistance in establishing staff benefits including medical insurance, term-life and personal accident insurance, as per best practices and Client requirements.
To responsibly assist the Manager - HR Advisory and Head of HR Advisory in developing/revisiting policies and procedures for Clients, in line with Clients’ global policies and applicable local statute.
To coordinate with the Payroll Team and Tax Team of Sannam S4 for Client’s employee salary, benefits and tax structure.
To prepare monthly payroll inputs and share them with relevant stakeholders at Client as well as Payroll Team at Sannam S4.
To conduct meetings with Client’s employees on HR related issues, as per the SLA with the Client.
To act as the HR touch point for Clients’ employees and offer high quality advice to the employees as well as to the Client on various HR matters, in consultation with Manager – HR Advisory and Head of HR Advisory.
To contribute in creation of publication materials on HR matters in India which would be of interest and use to international companies, which will be distributed by the Marketing team of Sannam S4.
To assist Manager – HR Advisory and Head of HR Advisory in the areas of content writing, scheduling, branding and organizing webinars/seminars for promoting the HR Advisory of business.
To work with Manager - HR Advisory in conducting audits for Clients and ensuring compliance in all aspects of HR related activities.
To work with Manager - HR Advisory and Head of HR Advisory in keeping abreast with all best practices in HR and any changes in the labour laws.
To constantly conduct research on new organizations entering Indian market and support Manager - HR Advisory and Head of HR Advisory in identifying potential partners and customers in global market.
To demonstrate high degree of professionalism and business acumen while dealing with international Clients of Sannam S4 at various forums, including business meetings, seminars or networking events.
Actively participate in presenting ideas to the HR Advisory Team to make the existing processes relevant with the current times.
Create various reports, decks and provide resolution in HR related matters.
