Description

1. Welcome patients and visitors and recieve every call from patient , answering or referring queries
2. Provide necessary information to the patient and visitors
3. Schedule appointment of patients and communicate to the concern person
4. Keeps patients appointment on schedule by notifying doctors/ counsellor of patients arrival
5. Reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, reminding doctors/counsellor about delay
6. Keep the records of patients properly.
7. Maintains office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level
8. Anticipating needed supplies and initiate purchase procedure
9. Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized
10. Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
11. Make calls to prospective patients and leads to explain about our facility and services
