JOB DESCRIPTION:

SALES MANAGER CHANNEL SALES

Job Responsibilities:

Will be responsible to manage sales of D-MAT accounts in given Bank branch.
To Train, Motivate & Mentor the team of Agent’s/Advisor’s.
To act as a productive resource by meeting targets.

To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization.
We prefer candidates having good experience & network in sales & mktng.

Key Responsibilities:

* To deliver the desired target numbers by maintaining Agent’s/Advisor relationship.

* To manage Agent’s/Advisor's customer meetings and sales process.
* To consciously deliver support to territory managers in increasing the profitability of the region.
* Conducting market research for generating business thereby adding for revenue generation.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity.
* Preparing and maintaining MIS report.

Age : Upto 28 yrs

Qualification : Graduation / MBA

Experience : 1 to 5 yrs

CTC : 2.00L to 3.75 L P/A
