A. Sr. Marketing Managers/ Marketing ManagersFor long term business growth, we are looking for self-motivated, zealous marketing personnel in with following key skills/ proficiencies/ requirements:Job Description :1) 5-20 years Experience in Sales/marketing in B2B model, with experience of  Business Development, Sales to industries, like Steel, Cement, Power, Aluminium, Sugar industry2) Sales/Business developments of industrial products, esp. any of products of Group focus including Refractories, Thermal insulation, Ceramic Fibre / Calcium Silicate / Rockwool insulations), Ferro Alloys and Specialty Products like Iron/Metal Powders, Welding Electrodes, Abrasives etc3) Having experience/capability in team management/ team building and team leading apart from taking abilities of initiative taking, for supporting management with planning for Medium and long term Growth4) Avid in marketing/ business development activities and enthusiastic about regular travelling for meeting with end clients/user for helping with best of solutions5) To have confidence in self, for long term association and working with company and zealous towards mutual growth through active participation in special incentives schemes6) Good Communications Skills, esp. English and Hindi and pleasing personality7) Post Graduation (pref. in Marketing) and Graduation preferably from Science (BSc) / Engineering (BTech Ceramics/Chemicals being preference) Background8) Having own transportation for local commuting9) Joining on immediate basis for reporting in North India HO in Delhi apart

Senior Executives /Executives Sales/Sales EngineerFor enhancing market penetration, product introductions and long-term work association, we are looking for hard working, zealous Sales personnel in with following key skills/ proficiencies/ requirements:Job Description :1) 1-4 Experience in Sales/marketing in B2B model, with experience of Sales to industries like Steel, Cement, Power, Sugar, Aluminium industry2) Marketing Mapping and Sales of industrial products, esp. any of products of Group focus including Refractories, Thermal insulation, Ceramic Fibre/ Calcium Silicate/ Rockwool insulations), Ferro Alloys and Specialty Products like Iron/Metal Powders, Welding Electrodes, Abrasives etc3) Avid in sales activities and enthusiastic about regular travelling for markets identification, market development, meeting with end clients/user for helpin g with best of solutions4) To have confidence in self, for long term association and working with company and zealous towards mutual growth through active participation in special incentives schemes5) Good Communications Skills, esp.
