Job Title: GM - Sales and Marketing
Location: Mumbai/Jaipur.
Job Summary: GM- Sales & Marketing will be a key team member to participate in organizations strategy formulation and will lead the global Sales & Marketing team to prepare & execute the sales and marketing strategy and operational plans.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Generate Business Opportunities from specific territories like India, Japan, Africa, Europe and South East Asia. Talc Market intelligence(market intelligence and Competitive intelligence )To define the marketing & sales strategy to generate Top Line Revenue and operational plans duly synchronized with organization’s strategy.Other mineral regional prospects: research and preliminary evaluationTrading of other minerals and Identification & preliminary evaluation of diversification / new business opportunities having synergies with current business.To develop marketing research team in order to generate required information on market and competitor’s. Developing pricing strategies and drive to enhance value creation for the organizationPart of experience should be in B2B spaceCreate company literature and other forms of communication, marketing and promotional materials, both written word (internal and external reports, advertisements, website copy, promotional materials, email, memos, press releases), spoken word (meetings, press conferences, interviews, video), and non-spoken communication (photographs, illustrations, info graphics, general branding).Develop New Clients Accounts.One + Two year rolling sales & Marketing budget based on market research and revenue model to ensure optimum Per MT revenue for the minerals. To lead and develop the sales & marketing team and support in business development. Wherever required create new sales channels. To establish goals and objectives for sales & marketing team based on marketing strategy and budget and ensuring the team performance and accomplishment of targets. Identify the current opportunities and future needs for the new application or new product and coordinate with the R&D team for product development or its use into new market segment. Brand Building – Enhance the Brand equity. Establishing and promoting the company with effective awareness, marketing and promotional strategies. Should have worked on Customer Relationship Management SoftwareProvides superior customer relations and account management and plays leadership role with key customers. To coordinate with other HOD’s for smooth functioning of Sales & marketing
Professional Qualification& Experience: Engineer with MBA in Marketing from premier institute with minimum 15 years of relevant experience. Senior management experience with overall sales and marketing responsibility with strategic management and business development skills in multinational Industrial mineral organization. Serving Polymer, Paint, Cosmetics, Paper, and Ceramic industry.
Age Bracket (40-45 Years).
Experience Approximately 10 Years at senior position in Marketing/ Sales and Marketing/ Business development department of an Industrial Mineral MNC with significant exposure of serving international customers.

Technical/Functional Skills:Excellent Written, Oral Communication and Presentation skills. Developing and retaining the Reportee’sAbility to build network, work from outside and connect with key stakeholders.Strong economic thinking and analytical skills
