Position: Business Executive / Business Manager / Medical sales Representative

No. of openings: 6 (for Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Local Candidate preference with two wheeler)

Experience: 1 year onwards (Urology, Gynecology past experience is preferred)

Education: Graduation in any stream (Preferred B,Sc /B.Com / B.A)

Salary: As per the company standard +Expenses

Incentive : Lucrative ( Best in the Industry)

Employment Type: Full time.


We are looking for a candidate who will be a Business Executive and have relevant experience in marketing of Pharma products and Knowledge of Doctors/ Chemist / Stockiest of the local market. The job demands the candidate to work full-time in the field, his core responsibilities would be conducting market Survey from Chemist and Promote Company unique product to Doctor and generate Prescription from doctors ethically and also deliver agreed revenue based on assigned target.


Please note that higher pay is linked to performance if there is no progress in sales then the value is lost.

Job profile is enumerated below:


  • Responsible for generating sales by Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly basis.
  • Organizing meeting with doctors and healthcare professionals according to daily and monthly planning.
  • Gain Product knowledge and deliver promotional strategy. And generate newer Prescription. Share Market feedback.
  • Meet daily Doctor call & Coverage and call frequency plan.
  • Should build proper distributer and Chemist lists.
  • Update reporting Manager / HO about inventory status. Control on outstanding’s, Primary and secondary sales progress on a monthly basis.
  • Timely collection of order & payments.
  • Stockiest-wise primary/ secondary Plan on a monthly basis.
  • Keep track on Secondary supplies.
  • Book orders from stockiest, chemists, institutions doctors.
  • Daily reporting to Zonal Manager/regional manager about daily work, meetings, and performance
  • Fulfil requirements of healthcare professions and answering queries, and handling complains.
  • Building relationships with Doctor and Healthcare professions. Keeping detailed record of patient and doctor contacts.
  • Keeping up to date about company products, services, and schemes. Market review of new products and services
