The employees are happy, the customers are happy, but what about the investors Take a look for yourself -|||||||| &ldquoHustle Mode ON' is something we live by.Sales Enablement Specialist: US / EMEAAbout The Role:Work closely with the Industry Specific sales teams of Property & Casualty Insurance and Contract Lifecycle ManagementCoach and train sellers on Solution Selling, product demonstrations, value positioning, pipeline generation and more.Conduct an analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge and work with the sales & BD leadership team to identify strengths and areas for developmentDesign and deliver/facilitate sales skills workshops together with management and internal stakeholdersWork with internal teams, such as Sales leadership, Product Marketing and Sales Operations, to conduct training on new product releases, product positioning and sales methodologyManage, conduct and continually develop the Onboarding, Reboarding, Crossboarding and Refresh program for new and existing sales employeesMeasure success of the training program through sales effectiveness and other metricsRequirement:Someone with prior B2B SaaS international sales (US/EMEA) or enablement experience of 2+ years and a total experience of 3+ years.Prior experience in the P&C and CLM sector will be preferredYou would be an excellent fit for our team if:You are a self-motivated, high performer who can work with minimal oversight to get the job doneYou love being a part of a small, dynamic, and agile organization that encourages you to learn and growYou are passionate about using your experience and expertise to inspire the teamPerks and Benefits:Competitive compensation packages.
