About Team The RBS group in Chennai is an integral part of the Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team's goal is to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The team’s primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience Key Performance Areas:To dive deep and understand different downstream systems and processes that impact customer buying decisionIdentify root causes for detail page defects, work with category SMEs WW and Tech teams to work on implementing Corrective-Preventive Action and identify opportunities for Automation.Use data analysis to identify gaps, prioritize them for technology and automation teams, recommend solutions and drive consensus on strategic inter-functional business decisionsAnticipate and resolve bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance trade-offs, and resolve complex execution and operational issues.Own the communication and progress updates on multiple projects, assess performance against goals and realign internal/external stakeholders on project deliverables
