Role: Program Manager

Location: Vadodara + Role will involve extensive in-country travelling

Nature of Association: Full-time

Salary: Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

a. To be responsible for complete execution of training programs for doctors, AYUSH practitioners, nurses and paramedics in various healthcare courses including Trauma and COVID-19 care delivery

· Manager will own multiple programs and be responsible for overseeing content development, content delivery and quality-control, awareness and branding, logistics and execution as well as data collection, reporting and documentation of the program to the organisation.

· Manager will be an interface between the organization and vendors; wherein they will be responsible for procurement and logistics, including identifying, finalising and setting-up at training venues, training equipment, travel and stay arrangements and other aids.

· Manager will be an interface of the organisation and faculties; wherein they will be responsible for coordinating, corresponding and securing faculties for workshops and trainings.

· Manager will be an interface between the organisation and beneficiaries; wherein they will register trainees, give them necessary information, see to their attendance, follow training guidelines, conduct evaluations, collect data and feedback and record photographs, help issue certificates and address any grievances at site of trainings.

· Manager will be responsible to engage multiple-stakeholders involved in the programs, including faculties, clients, beneficiaries, organisational leadership and funders.

· Manager will also be responsible to build a suitable team as and when required.

b. To support execution of training programs of industrial workforce, community bystanders and healthcare workers in modules such as First Aid, Safety trainings and Basic Life Support, Home Health Aide and Occupational Health Nursing.

c. To take care of the training documentation & material management

· Manager will themselves undertake as well as supervise Program Officers in the documentation of the trainings and maintenance of systematic records as per organisational policies.

· Manager will take care of all the training equipment and materials in charge of the training team.

· Manager will supervise trainees during hands-on sessions of other trainers

d. To be involved in any other projects, programs or initiatives that we will conduct from time-to-time

· Manager may undergo short trainer-of-the-trainer modules and help instruct as a trainer on various simple topics of first aid, safety, Basic Life Support®, Occupational Health, Trauma, Home Health Care, etc and be involved as an Instructor/Trainer/Course Facilitator during suitable community, industrial and non-industrial training programs

· Manager may support workshops, conferences and other events in-line with organisational goals and charter.

Should:

· Have a strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Apart from these, a prior knowledge of having used different digital platforms like CiscoWebEx, Zoom, MSTeams etc. will be quite helpful.

· Have good email writing skills and documentation and report-drafting skills.

· Have good communication skills and command over 3 languages English, Hindi & Gujarati and not have any stage fright.

· Be able to interact with varied target groups.

· Be a very good team player and be polite and courteous to staff across hierarchies.

· Be willing to take up newer responsibilities and roles in different activities of organisation as and when required.

· Be comfortable and willing to travel across the country, even at a short notice.

Health Criteria:

· Candidates must be fit and healthy. Our training programs will require the Manager to travel, set-up training programs and even volunteer as a trainers for certain sessions.

· Candidate must have stamina and good health to be able to take up long assignments.

· Persons with health issues like cardiac issues, spinal or lower back issues or knee-joint problems may prefer not to apply.

· Persons with any other health issues that would restrict them from traveling, material handling, standing up for hours or working on computers/laptop throughout the day, may prefer not apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
