Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Program Manager Purpose of the Job Be in charge of the overall QCD of the Program: Quality, Costs (bothrecurrent and not recurrent), development lead ti me andSystem/Product performances (with safety demonstrati on, if needed) Key Network & Links Development Center Méti ers Manager/Director,Development Center Méti er Leaders,Design Authoriti es, Generic Framework Manager Safety Assurance Manager, RAM (Reliability, Availability,Maintainability) leader Development Center Life Cycle Manager, Product LifecycleManager For the System Program Manager: Product ProgramManagers, System Applicati on Architects and System Engineering Manager For the Product Program Manager: Product Architect,Product Industrial Manager, Product Life Cycle Manager R&D and Innovati on Director Ref Lib (Reference Library) Manager Solution Team Project Manager Responsibilities Contribute to the roadmap defi niti on of his/herSystem/Product Propose the System/Product specifi cati ons aligned withSoluti ons needs and requirements, in coordinati on with otherProgram Managers as needed, ensuring safety & quality,applicati on competi ti veness, customer orientati on andinnovati on Manage, control and execute ti mely all developmentsrelated to his/her program (performances, planning/delivery,cost, risks, savings) and in compliance with the approved QCDcommitments Manage all Gate Reviews related to the program, coordinateall Program Work Packages to meet overall QCD commitments Ensure that his/her System/Product is easily deployable byProjects and supported by a comprehensive and effi cient set ofstandard tools, procedures, training material anddocumentati on (deployment kit) Opti mize and measure System/Product performances Drive and make decisions for issues that aff ect performance,with validati on from Soluti on Director for any modifi cati on thataff ects deployment cost, planning, and performances of theSystem/Product Be responsible for R&D Programs related to theSystem/Product. Prepare and present his/her program reviewsduring Development Center Reviews, Technology ApprovalBoard (TAB)/ Design review Board (DRB), as defi ned in the S&PManagement cycle/TIS Management cycle. Ensure that S&PDR/TAB/DRB decisions are implemented Coordinate work of other enti ti es (industrializati on,sourcing, fi nance,…) related to his / her program Operati onally manage the Méti er resources allocated to theprogram, provide leadership and ensure that the programteams fulfi l effi ciently its duti es, including Projects technicalsupport Specifi c to System Program Manager. Monitor operati onally the Product Program Managerscontributi ng to the System According to Development Centerorganization, may manage directly SAA (System Application Architect) Specific to Product Program Manager Ensure smooth transiti on to Product Lifecycle Manager atend of Product related programs (last IQA) Specifi cally for Projects: o Be (with support of PrSAA) Workpackage Owner of Project System & Product Development WP(QCD commitment) Qualification and Skills: EDUCATION : Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE &EEE or Equivalent CORE COMPETENCIES Minimum 15 - 18 years of experience in soft ware design,development & validati on areas and having more than 8 yearsof experience in program/project management. Strong program management principles (Initi ati on,Planning, Monitoring, Reporti ng and Closure) Financial & Change management excellent stakeholder engagement Sound analyti cal skills Criti cal thinking, Decision making & Business acumen BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Demonstrate excellent communicati on skills and able to guide,infl uence and convince others in a matrix organizati on. Strong Infl uencer and negoti ator - Manage tricky situati ons withease Good people orientati on and alignment Demonstrate forward/futuristic thinking abilities Team Player with prior experience in working with globalstakeholder is preferable.
