JOB DETAILS
We are hiring for an "Office Executive" for a reputed agro-based multi-state co-operative organization currently focused on producing and supplying agricultural inputs such as seeds, bio pesticides/fertilizers, etc. These are products meant for sustainable agriculture. We are bootstrapped and currently operational in 10 states of the country. We re looking for a versatile and dedicated Office Executive with prior experience in Office management. The candidate should be familiar with the whereabouts of NCR Area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting of documents such as various letters and projects in English and Hindi: Laying out the document logically, keeping the writing clear and concise, avoiding grammatical and lexical errors with respect to the style of a text and, finally, editing and correcting the document in a systematic and thorough way.
Database Management - Managing the data the office requires to function. The nature of this data depends on niche, and it can involve collaboration with the upper management. Functioning would be mainly MS-Excel based.
Management of Correspondence - To keep track of all the communication that goes on through the course of the day. This includes sorting and sending e-mails, correspondence with other branch offices, clients, as well as inter-office communication & interacting with office visitors to make them feel welcomed
General Office Duties - Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results, organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required, maintaining supply inventory, keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed, Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
Required Candidate profile:
Educational Qualification : Graduate and above
Ideal candidate will be one with polite inter personal skills
Should have experience in working with 'MSME organisations in agro-based industries' or with government department, rather than in MNCs
Content writing in English as well as Hindi with fluent command over both the languages.
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM in English and Hindi - Kruti Dev 010, Devlys, (Google translation typing won t be considered).
Experienced in Advanced MS-Excel working Pivot Tables, Advanced Charting, Vlookup, etc.
Comfortable in driving Two/Four- Wheeler vehicle, having valid driver license.
The candidate shoulsd be familiar with the whereabouts of NCR Area.
