 Designation/ Role - AVP/V.P - Sales Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India Experience:7-10 years Working Days: 5  Mode of Work: WFO Job Role: We are seeking a proven sales performer to help us grow our customer base for our Enterprise Solution designed for Dairies and Milk suppliers/distributors in the subcontinent. This is a role for someone who is a hunter and hungry for new business success. The responsibilities include generating new business in new accounts and also expanding the footprint of Mr. Milkman inside existing customers across the India market. The role provides the candidate with an opportunity to own, learn and grow along with the organization. Principal responsibilities: Drive end to end sales cycles including lead generation, sales presentations, technology demonstrations, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation and account receivables.Plan, execute and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment for all orders secured.Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLA's. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time.Develop a consulting and a trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders, executive sponsors.Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis and convert client needs into enterprise contracts to meet sales quota/targetWork cross-functionally with business development, marketing, delivery and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to client needs and objectivesAnalyze latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategiesGo extra mile to make it a great experience for the client and build a great organization with a get-things-done attitude Requirements: Hunter Instinct: Identify and generate leads with Corporates for Business to meet targets and achieve Company's objectives.Plan, execute and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety ofaudiences. Education and Experience Should have B2B Software sales experience (preferably in the Dairy Industry)Experience in Dairy technology/Information Products for the dairy industry will be an advantageOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.Master's Degree in business, marketing and sales.
