ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

DELIVERY: To champion technical expertise and provide robust advice which can be supported if challenged by client. (NFR target)

CLIENT: To contribute to client service teams as a high level technical expert to strengthen design and delivery of solution. To lead key client relationships.

KNOWLEDGE SHARING: To keep up to date with global, national and regional developments in their specialism / industry and shares this knowledge with others across locations.

LEADING PEOPLE: To contribute to the identification, development and management of talent across the company. To apply best practice in applying their area of expertise across the business through well developed internal networks.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: To utilize exceptional understanding of own technical area to grow organisation sector knowledge within global markets. To identify new business and project oneself as an ambassador of the Firm. (Sales and cross sell target)

THE INDIVIDUAL

Has atleast 2 years of experience of working with both sales target as well as revenue targets for financial year

Overall experience of atleast 10 years in ORACLE services with experience in handling domestic end to end ORACLE implementations with large national and multinational clients

Excellent understanding of India market, has relationships with clients and aware of business conditions in North India

Has lead business development, pre - sales effort for mid size to large projects in implementation as well as consulting engagements

Has managed successful delivery with managers, and teams

Has lead teams from people management perspective

Certified ORACLE professional

Should have good communications skills (both written and spoken)
