Job Description:


We are looking for a Lead Generation Expert to join our marketing team for margerp.com. The person in this role would need take on full responsibility of driving bottom-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, sales leads, product and business objectives. The right candidate will be focused on growth and engagement, able to increase traffic metrics on the website and generate leads for sales enablement.


  • Bringing traditional and creative ideas to grow KPIs (User acquisition/ traffic/ sessions/ app downloads/ lead generations for sales enablement as applicable)
  • Should have experience in generating large volume of leads for sales enablement
  • Driving new ways to generate leads and managing the complete ROI for each lead generated
  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns. Monitor and report results for optimal ROI.
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
  • Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (digital content, content-rich email newsletters, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth.
  • Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics (Acquisition Activation Retention Referral - Revenue)
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing and be able to guide design team to thrive the site amidst these changes.
  • Lead organic search engine performance and goal setting based on site impressions, click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Lead both on-site and off-site data-driven SEO strategy for the product.
  • Hands on experience of working on analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook marketing, webmaster,me9 etc.
  • Analyzing the data and users feedback. Regular Reporting and Dashboards presentation as per business needs
  • Creating new strategic partnerships for growth and vendor management


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker or Digital Marketing manager
  • Should have experience in generating large volume of leads for sales enablement
  • In-depth understanding of SEO factors/ paid digital campaigns and key algorithm updates
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • High standards of excellence and attention to detail
  • Preferably Bachelors Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • Proven history of delivering successful digital/ acquisition campaigns
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • 8-10 years of overall experience with
  • Multitasker and capacity to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
