We at Flipkart, are looking for L&D Associate to help our Contractual employees advance their skills and knowledge.
In this role, you should be passionate about enabling people to learn and grow by creating various behavioral, soft skills and functional learning opportunities. You must be able to conduct TNA/TNI with stakeholders and accordingly design learning solutions along with managing the program execution end-to-end. Excellent communication skills are essential.
If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and content, it would be an add-on. Evaluate business unit s learning requirements & conduct a skills assessment to identify specific training needs Prepare learning structure & plan of end-to-end execution Design & deliver learning solutions behavioral, soft skills, functional training & processes as per agreed timelines.
Ensure post training evaluation & calculation of business impact through learning solutions. Vendor management and learning MIS. Ensuring all our customer needs (Internal & External) are promptly and efficiently met. Knowledge of e-learning Content Development is an added advantage Maintain and share training reports on time.
Excellent verbal and written skills (English & Hindi, other languages will be add on) Adept with a behavioural training and career development content development and training delivery Decisive, confident & positive attitude with a willingness to speak up during adversity Ability to interact and communicate effectively with key stakeholders in a confident and professional manner
Ability to analyze large volume of data points, identifying issues and recommend solutions Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors Familiarity with E learning platforms and practices Being able to work and support business by working virtually. Ability to create, edit, design and implement effective training programs Ability to obtain competition ways of content development and delivery Is able to execute TNI/ TNA methods for need identification and had excellence stakeholder management skills
Education & Experience
Min 5 years of relevant work experience in L&D, technology-based learning, working on LMS platforms, content design, instructional designer, etc.
Have an MBA HR or any relevant qualification in Learning and Development Current knowledge of effective learning and developing tools Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PPT, Word) Content creation and training delivery Ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic team.
Understanding of training methodologies & adult learning principles. Excellent presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
