Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to- end recruitment cycle consisting of: sourcing & initial assessments;
  • interviews, compensation fitment negotiations, and releasing offers; followed by on-boarding and
  • handover of the resources to Business divisions.
  • Handle the volume hiring & Lateral hiring Non IT.
  • Meeting with Stakeholders for manpower planning.
  • Regular meetings with Vendors(Manpower consultancies.
  • Plan for cost effective hiring.
  • Need to hire candidates through social media, employee referrals, internal applicants and agency etc.
  • Pre-screen and Tele-screen candidates & Shortlist candidates based on their competencies, skills and aspiration (position, salary, relocation aspects etc.) fitment, availability, communication skills, genuineness, interest level.
  • Maintain the database of potential candidates and preparation on daily report MIS reports.
  • Regular updates to the respective stakeholders about the joiners details.
  • Preparing Monthly Recruitment MIS Reports.

Desired Candidate Profile


Should have handled volume hiring and lateral hiring.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in End to end Recruitment process and Vendor Management.
  • Shift: General Shift
  • Work Location: Mysore
  • Work Tenure: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
