Job Title :- Systems Engineer, (interventional) MR receive coilsYou are responsible forTranslating project goals into mechanical and electrical requirements and guide design implementation of interventional components in MR systems with a clear focus on product quality and ensuring great user experiences.Mechanical and mechatronic background with experience in MRMechanical interfaces of interventional components of medical systems like MRMaintaining a clear view of all aspects of the set of interventional MR products in the Philips MR portfolioEnsuring compliance to the relevant regulations and business policies including risk managementSupporting development of regulatory product labeling and instructions for useCoordinating all parties involved in the definition, development and market introduction of interventional MR products that you are working onYou are a part ofThe MR systems engineering team is a global team responsible for translating the architectural and business needs of the business into effective and reliable system design, and leading the engineering activities that bring these designs to market.The team consists of highly experienced and driven people with a passion for meaningful innovation.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceSolid mechatronical experience in a regulated environmentPreferably ~5 years of experience in an MR product environmentAbility to lead multidisciplinary teams to consensus on high quality device requirements and design, on timeAbility to understand and help define high quality (safe and reliable) user and patient handling workflows; the products defined in this role are handled by people regularly and directly touch patientsAbility to drive reliability modeling (based on DFMEA) to conclusion and Model based Systems EngineeringAcademic (Bachelor/Master/PhD) level of capability regarding the mechanical, electrical and general physical design of related components, with the ability to translate that into concrete engineering requirements, leading cross functional technical teamsAbility to deeply understand the drives of your team members and be able to constructively navigate a complex organizationFluent in EnglishGrowth path:This role could prepare for (1) interventional portfolio lead designer (2) other lead designer rolesIn return, we offer youA rewarding career in Philips with attractive package. `Extensive set of tools to drive your career, such as a personal development budget, free training and coachingAttractive collective health insurance packageOpportunity to buy Philips shares and products with discountWhy should you join Philips?Working at Philips is more than a job.
