Lead - Learning & Development - Growing GIC-Hyderabad

- Partner and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to understand technical skills requirements and drive engagement in learning

- Design and implement capability building initiatives for the technology teams and competency-based learning & development framework in line with the overall business strategy.

- Promote a culture of learning by providing consulting to business on latest certifications, new trends in technology skills, bench marking with best in class organization and supporting business with customized solutions.

- 7-11 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training and Talent Development for Tech-workforce

- Experience in understanding the technology skills need and facilitating the same would be ideal

- Full time MBA from a reputed institute is a must

- Considerable experience in multiple stakeholder management with reputed organizations

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
