Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relationship Management (Greeting Clients in personal & over the call-incoming/outgoing)
  • Maintaining visitors pass & directing them to employee/department giving instructions.
  • Conference Room Booking. (Making necessary arrangements of meeting as per request)
  • Couriers Management. (Handling Inward /Outward dispatch & receipts of dispatched items.)
  • Mailing the confirmations for room Bookings.
  • Preparing Stationery requisition
  • Vendor Management (Maintaining stock & records of all invoices/stationery/inventory & ordering item)
  • Updating of Documentation tracker
  • General administration
  • Arranging tea/coffee &ordering lunch when required for visitors.
  • Maintain the entire decorum of the Office & Reception.
  • Update & maintain database of internal staff contact list & client information

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and a good communicator
  • Only Female Candidates can apply.
  • Preferred candidates from Western Suburbs
  • Preferred candidate who has worked in a 5 star hotel or aviation sector & should be well groomed & presentable throughout the day..
  • Should have knowledge of MS Office.
  • Should be comfortable working on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays).
