The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is hardworking and previous experience in graduate program experience, early talent development and strong focus on employee experience. The program manager will work closely with key Delivery Services stakeholders, the People Team, and graduates themselves to execute the rotational program in structured way to create positive program experience. Expect that you will make a difference through what you do. What you will work on? The graduate program manager will work collaboratively with Delivery Services team to define planning, development, and delivery of 2 year Delivery Services Graduate Program in Dublin and Madrid. Ownership and Management of end to end program experience for graduates on the program (Onboarding, Induction, program design and development, rotations, training, social) Responsible for graduate rotations and tracking and development Responsible for building out onboarding and induction plans to welcome new hires to the program Help build and promote community within graduate pool with regular events, guidewire gives back, special events. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business in Delivery Services, Managers, Education, HRBPs, Recruiting and Diversity teams to ensure program success Host regular retros and send out surveys to gauge new grad experience and stakeholder feedback. Report regularly to key stakeholders on program updates and new graduate experiences Partner closely with Global Program Manager Early Talent to ensure positive experience for recruiting new grads and campus branding Collaborate with others on the team on initiatives and/or additional projects as needed. Willingness to work flexible hours and ability to travel as needed. What expertise you will bring? 3 years in graduate program mgmt and/ or graduate recruitment experience Passion for Early Talent Development Skilled project manager (ability to prioritize tasks, communicate updates, meet deadlines and be agile. Strong attention to detail desired.) Solid experience in coordinating regional events and execution Focus on Employee Experience Excellent Communication Skills Strong Stakeholder Management Strong Influencing skills Exposure with rotational graduate programs High emotional intelligence, empathy and self-awareness.
