Description

The Data Science Lead is responsible for leading the interaction with the client, leveraging his/her solutioning expertise to translate clients requirements into techno-analytics problems, build and launch cutting edge predictive analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence business solutions for the client. The Lead will be working with a team of data engineers and scientists to embed AI analytics into business decision processes.
This role focuses both on the strategic overall vision as well as overseeing the daily tactical activities involved in managing such a program. This role will also require resource management, project planning and delivery. Technical to management ratio will be 70-30
YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE
Understand complex business requirements and translates into technical specifications
Working as a subject matter expert to decide on data modeling, data sourcing, data quality, and Analytics delivery solutions
Ability to write hypothesis, create A/B tests
Hands-on experience in working with pearson s chi-square, T- test, Anova, etc
Performs complex data analysis and system profiling to create clear data definitions
Manage delivery and quality of work in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs
Interact regularly with the stakeholders to determine their needs and to develop plans for continuous improvement
Be responsible for generating actionable insights/recommendations to help clients address their ongoing problems
Involved in driving business insights by designing visualizations with logical and meaningful data flow
Consistently leveraging mentoring the team s capabilities to deliver actionable insights and help the organization compete on analytics
Must have prior experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, etc for analysis
Some of the methods used will be classification, regression, clustering, performing Principal Component Analysis etc
YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES Strong experience in Client / Stakeholder Management
Experience in Deep dive data analysis techniques, Machine Learning and methodologies
Experience working on hypothesis, A/B testing digital marketing
Knowledge of Statistical measures: Experimental design, Hypothesis testing
Hands-on experience in working with pearson s chi-square, T- test, Anova, etc
Knowledge of one or more of the following: Python, or other statistical analysis tool
Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with RDBMS concepts
Prior experience in designing reports/dashboards in visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview and PowerBI
Proven work examples of turning significant amounts of data into informative/insightful actions through various Statistical techniques that turn into business results
Experience in digital marketing preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, client handling, and problem-solving skills
Good to have experience in Media Mix Modeling, Attribution Modeling
Have the right attitude to find solutions, be a self- starter and motivated
Does not shy away from a challenge, is curious and looking to make a big impact
