Our client is a leading research company is looking out for a Data content specialist (Equity).

Role-Data Content Specialist

Department: Equity Data Collection Methodology

Location- Mumbai (Candidates from other locations ready to relocate)

Experience- 8-20years

Job Description

- Responsible for all collection methodologies across the various datasets within Equity Data

- Work with senior leaders to help guide the evolution of the equity database

- Create and maintain Equity Data Collection Methodology documents/manuals

- Take the initiative to propose new methodology or processes that will benefit clients

- Work with the global Equity Data leaders to ensure that our data is used in the best way

- Build and maintain a framework to research, and timely resolution of Data Collection and Client methodology queries

- Conduct data collection methodology training sessions

- Assist in promoting LEAN Six Sigma tools and methodologies as an analyst framework for assessing the root cause of issues and improving processes

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business

- CA/CFA is considered an asset

- Expert level understanding of accounting principles and equity ratios/calculations

- 8-10+ years of experience and proven track record in the equity industry

- Interested in financial research and passionate about investing

- Good analytical skills to research and analyze information to aid in decision making

- Able to serve as a subject matter expert and guide other team members through training and mentoring
