Hiring for Customer Support Inbound Voice Process

Should Solve the Customer Queries.
Should Handle 45 to 50 Calls/Day
Should have Customer Orientation.
Should Provide Accurate Information to the Customer as per the guideline of the Client.
Eligibility:
*Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
Any Graduate and Under Graduate.
Experience in Domestic BPO would be an added advantage.
Freshers are also welcome.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
CTC for Freshers-1.86 LPA (15565/- CTC)+Incentives.
CTC for 1-2 Years of Exp-1.99 LPA (16606/-CTC) + Incentives.
CTC for 2-3 Years of Exp-2.13 LPA(17802 - CTC)+ Incentives.
ESI (Health Insurance) & PF facility.
