Job Description:•Assist the Security Manager in overall physical security operations.•Assist the Security Manager in overseeing the functioning of security equipment’s like the CCTV Surveillance system, Access Control System, Fire Alarm System etc.•Primarily responsible for security event monitoring, management, and lead the response.•Ensure incident identification, assessment, timely reporting and follow up.•Assist Security Manager in developing and implementing preventative measures against workplace accidents, thefts, and other risks.•Assist Security Manager in ensuing compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.•Assist the Security Manager in security related investigations as directed and make ensure timely reporting and recording of incidents.•Good verbal and written communication skills, interacting both with internal and external personnel. •Assist the Security Manager in conduct of emergency response trainings and drills.•Assist the Security Manager in overseeing the Security Control Room operations.•Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.•Manage and assess the Key Performance Indicators of the Physical Security guarding Force and analyze the security service provider performance.•Assist the Security Manager in employee safety related matters and in developing measures in improvement of safety culture.•Assist the Security Manager in crating the Health and Safety plans and procedures.•Previous experience in similar role ideally with Security industry and ability to respond to adverse situations IT skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.).
